Scott Connally – Owner/Sales & Construction Consultant
Scott started in Construction in 1980 with 84 Lumber in Austin, Texas with the Manager Training program. He also worked with Payless Cashways Lumber and from 1984 - 2003 moved into Management and Regional Management. He worked with Probuild Lumber 2004 - 2014 in Lexington, Kentucky as the General Manager and at 84 Lumber in Lexington, Kentucky as Lumber Sales from 2014 - 2019. While at Probuild and 84 Lumber, Scott sold all of the UBuildIt projects that came in.
He looks forward to working with owner-builders in order to help them create their Dream Home; whether it be a new home or a remodel!
Thomas Menges – Owner/Construction Consultant
Thomas is originally from Northern California, and moved to Lexington in 2002. Thomas and his wife Arren, have three young daughters and own a small hobby farm in the beautiful rolling hills of Lexington. Thomas enjoys the outdoors, including fishing, camping and hiking.
He has been involved in the building industry for 20 years. Thomas is the President of TM Custom Construction Company, and the founder/inventor of Side-Rite Tool Co. Thomas has been involved with UBuildIt since 2008, where he has worked side-by-side with homeowners and assisted them in achieving their goals.
Ron Flannery – Owner/Operations & Administration
Ron spent the first 15 years out of college working in the building materials industry for Furrow Building Materials in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati where he was a supervisor, general manager, group store director and Director of Commercial Business his staff serviced the residential and commercial building industry.
Over the most recent years, he has been an independent consultant working with public school districts providing his services to school leaders and finance support staff across the state of Kentucky. Fifteen years prior to providing professional consulting services, he was a partner in an independent accounting firm.
He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Administrative Management and retired in 2003 from the United States Army Reserves at the rank of Major.
